Rod Joslyn brings to Joslyn & Demers decades of customer service experience, combined with a background in collegiate teaching.  In addition to selling real estate full-time, Rod currently owns and operates a retail store on Exchange Street in Portland, and also a retail business in Ogunquit. 

With a fun-loving, enthusiastic approach to life, Rod’s positive energy now fuels his real estate career.  Rod’s extensive knowledge of Southern Maine, combined with his passion for real estate, creates a natural recipe for success for him and our clients. 

Lou Demers completes the other half of Joslyn & Demers, with 10 years experience as a full-time Realtor®.  Lou has sold hundreds of properties over the years, and brings a wealth of real estate expertise to the partnership.  With a background in public relations and marketing, Lou utilizes these skills for both buyers and sellers of real estate.
