Working with Lou Demers was a complete pleasure in a very tough market.  His enthusiasm and attention were comforting throughout the process.  I found that I did not have to worry about anything in the broker area and did not question if he was the right choice or would he promote the property enough or could he close a deal.  I continually appreciated his obvious marketing skills and his quick responses to my phone calls. Lou told me before I listed with him that he would advertise widely and often, hold numerous open houses, and even close within a specific time period.  He was true to his word and did all of that with efficiency and determination.  But, again, it is his enthusiasm that I believe helps a client as much as all the rest. I strongly and with pleasure recommend Lou Demers to anyone seeking broker services.
